Sagalassos Lodge & Spa - Sagalassos Aglasun Burdur

As his cousin, the Kalehan hotel in Ephesus, the Sagalassos Lodge & Spa’s kitchen is also based on Turkish specialities. It should be said that our chefs are at the top of the list in this concept!

In our kitchen, we use products of our own crops; natural olive oil, fresh vegetables and fruits from the region. Our chefs absolutely avoid using margarine or fats of any kind in their dishes. You would enjoy mezzes, Turkish starters made of olive oil and kebab. If you are vegetarian, our staff will always offer you alternative meals.

The restaurant is divided in two parts, one with air conditioning, and the other is near the swimming pool surrounded by green nature. There you would find a big barbecue which extends our kitchen.
